  • For Early-bird Registration, please complete your payment by the deadline. If payment is not received by then, the registration fee will automatically adjust to the standard, depending on the payment date.
  • Fees will be charged via credit card or wire transfer in USD or RMB.

Registration Type

  • Author: making an oral presentation of the paper which will be published by the proceedings.
  • Presenter (Presentation only): making a presentation on the conference without paper publishing.
  • Delegate: Participating in the conference only as a non-presenter, without presentation and paper publication. (Delegate Registration Form)

    • The Organizing Committee invites you to attend ICECE conference to experience presentations by leading minds in the field of Electronics and Communication Engineering. The non-presenting audience not only gets the opportunity to listen to the keynote speeches, and other insights shared by the top speakers, but also will get the opportunity of sharing their own ideas and insights at the Q and A sessions. In addition, the attendees will be exposed to several networking opportunities with both the corporate and academic figures. To avoid delays in registration, please read the entire registration form carefully. If you have not received acknowledgment of your registration, please contact conference secretary via email, phone or wechat.

    Cancellation & Refund Policy

    * Within 30 days ahead of the conference no refund
    • Cancellation requests must be sent to the Conference Secretariat at icece_conf@vip.163.com at first.
    • Refunds will be processed after the symposium concludes.
    • The bank handling charges will not be refunded; participants are responsible for any bank charges associated with the refund process.
